The CSUDH Cyber Security Club will be hosting our annual cyber security conference, ToroHack 8.0. As expected we will be bringing in GUEST speakers from various organizations and companies. Each speaker has valuable experience and interesting subject matter, come and learn don’t miss out! In addition we will be hosting the Hackathon where participants can collaborate, compete, and win prizes! Having said this, all students are welcome and encouraged to attend. Torohack is open to all students nationwide so come and advance your academic endeavors and foot in the industry by participating in this exciting annual event.
ToroHack is an annually held student-led event to promote discussion, collaboration, research, and to raise awareness of emerging threats in a sophisticated cyber environment. Torohack is an interdisciplinary learning experience that combines; Workshops, Networking, and Guest Speakers into one cohesive event.
ToroHack is a great way to branch your network with other fellow students interested in Cyber Security. You will also become more aware of Cyber Security risks that happen and ways you can prevent them from happening to you. There will also be prizes and free goodies when attending the event that you can't get anywhere else. There is also a high chance of getting job opportunities by attending and networking with the speakers of the event during break times.
